Sofía del Rocío Saavedra Valderrama is a Chilean-qualified international lawyer (Chile Bar, 2016) specialising in cross-border real estate, investment structuring, and regulatory compliance. She advises clients across the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America on high-value property transactions, AML/CTF compliance, international arbitration, and complex multi-jurisdictional negotiations.

Her practice focuses on guiding real estate groups, fund managers, and family offices—particularly in Dubai—through REIT governance, development projects, and global regulatory coordination.
